A CEFR curriculum and criteria based certification
You must know that in In English there are 3 principle levels viz; Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.

The hours can be converted and changed in to days and months and make the program short-term or can be long term if being taken by a child. Children can start the course at the age of 8. By the time the reach the stage where they need a certificate.
After successful completion of the course and attempting the exam a valid certificate is issued to the candidate which is useful for further education and careers.
